The refurbishment and basement extension of this victorian terraced property in Wandsworth. The basement was designed around maximising light to the basement areas with large light wells to the front and rear of the property. These provided light and airy secluded external spaces that enhanced the adjacent living and bedroom areas. The refurbishment of the upper floors retained period features and combined these with contemporary living accommodation. Planning permission was granted in 2019 and the works completed on site in 2020.
